  3. There were no 3 lines at the top of the menu selection. I believe I have to send in an email to terminate the account.

    • So sorry my dear Shem, which browser do you make use of as your default browser? As the app redirects you to your browser, it depends on if it is compatible with your default browser. The three lines show on mine at the top of the menu section. I make use of chrome and sometimes Safari. I believe if you change your default browser it will show. If you have sent the email already and your account was terminated, it’s fine but if you haven’t, try changing your default browser.

  8. To delete account with the app: click on the help and feedback, scroll all the way down and hit more . It should say delete account. I did this really fast so I don’t remember exactly what everything was. Hopefully this helps someone
